Enterprising Women joins with Jill Connell to bring you a series of  4 workshops from Autumn 2008 - including  a  mix of exercises, case studies, discussion and relaxation techniques. The process does not end with the last workshop. As well as your new found skills, you will receive a complete manual and cd  for use at home, a relaxation gift pack and a one to one follow up to keep you moving forward. 

All of this and a Certificate of Achievement too!

Course Description: This interactive course is designed to help people take control of their lives in a confident manner. It maybe that you are unable to move forward and have been experiencing poor health, difficulty in relationships or unfulfilling work. In this course delegates learn how to release the past, grow in confidence, start making new goals and explore opportunities in relation to new or existing careers.

Aims & Objectives: By the end of the course participants will be able to:

• Describe negative blocks and habits that stop them moving forward
• Learn to accept themselves
• Apply techniques learned to release anger & resentments
• Identify areas for improvement
• Construct a Life Action Plan
• Seek out learning opportunities 
• Plan time effectively
• Develop skills to help career development
• Identify and use course techniques to behave in a confident manner
• Go towards achieving their dreams

Qualifications: In house certificate of achievement
Entry Requirements: No Formal entry requirements
Attendance: One 2 hour session for 4 weeks, CD and manual for continued learning after the course
